BLUE SCREEN/ GREEN SCREEN CAPABILITIES

With two stages of bluescreen/greenscreen available, Wainscott Studios is the optimal choice for your smallest and largest virtual reality project. Our main stage is 4000 sq. ft. with 56 ft. ceilings. Our cyclorama spans 72 ft. wide and reaches 30 ft. in height. The smaller of our two stages is a functional 1,200 sq ft. with 25 ft. ceilings. Stage two is also acoustically designed to accommodate a full range of sound recordings.

The central control room is equipped with Ultimatte 9 compositing hardware (http://www.ultimatte.com/); an important component to any professional bluescreen/greenscreen project. Among other technological advances, Ultimatte 9 can correct any exposure problems on a cyclorama; a common problem when shooting bluescreen.
Wainscott Studios uses Sony HDC-850 HD Color cameras with 6" Sony HDVS multiscan viewfinders. Our cameras are equipped with Canon HDX5 lenses (Canon H11 x 4.78 IRSD 11 x 4.7 HD) and Canon HDXSDD (Canon HJ21 x 7.5B IRSD) lenses.

BRAINSTORM

Wainscott Studios utilizes a 3D virtual bluescreen program called Brainstorm to design lush, digital, interactive environments. Brainstorm runs on a four gig HP workstation with an nvidia quadro fx3450 video card. With Brainstorm Version 10 software, nearly any environment can be created and brought to life.
